Our Process


Analysis Workshop
The aim in the analysis workshop is to document and define a vision for the project success. The involvement of critical stakeholders is necessary to ensure a successful delivery, as well as helping us understand the key drivers in your business processes.

Design
With requirements defined, we will design a solution to meet your needs within Salesforce. We always keep the end-user in mind, and build intuitive and easy to navigate applications.

Build
We follow the standard Agile process during our development phase. Starting with sprint planning, daily scrums, spring review, and retrospective.

User Acceptance Testing
This is a critical phase of project acceptance. The end-users can test drive the solution from end-to-end using test scripts that cover all the system functionality.

Deploy
The team will deploy the solution to the Production Org using industry best practices.
Once deployed we will follow the roll-out and end-user training plan we have developed. This will ensure a high user adoption rate throughout the business.
